- Roasted Peanut without Salt1 cup
- Granulated Tapioca Flour250 g
- Hot water2 cup
- Large Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Vinegar1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Paprika1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Saute the onion in the oil.
- Blend the onion, hot water, peanuts, vinegar and salt in a blender.
- Transfer the mixture from the blender to another container, and add the granulated tapioca flour. Mix well.
- Line a Pyrex dish with cling film, place this mass, pressing well with a spoon. (Make a layer not too thin, not too thick.
- Let this mixture rest for 4 to 5 hours in the fridge, or overnight.
- Cut into cubes and bake in the air fryer.
