- Place all the vegetables on the list or others that you prefer, already chopped and grated, in a bowl.
- Add some wheat flour and water and mix.
- Repeat the water process with the wheat until the fucus is very homogeneous.
- Fry in a non-stick skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown on both sides, always on very low heat. If possible, cover during cooking.
- I always make a sauce to go with it. In this sauce you will: 4 spoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of olive oil grated ginger to taste grated garlic to taste ½ lemon squeezed pepper to taste
