  • Noodles for Yakisoba150 g
  • Edamame Grains150 g
  • Assorted vegetables250 g
  • Large Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Soy sauce for natural fermentation150 ml
  • Water100 ml
  • Maizena1.5 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the vegetables and onion into large pieces.
  2. Steam the vegetables and edamame until they are al dente. Reserve.
  3. Cook the macaroni until al dente. Reserve.
  4. In a large pan, sauté the onion in sunflower oil.
  5. Add the edamame and saute.
  6. Add the cooked vegetables and pasta.
  7. Mix the soy sauce with the water and dissolve the cornstarch. (I add water so it doesn't get too salty and the cornstarch helps make the sauce creamier)
  8. Add this soy sauce mixture to the pan.
  9. Mix everything together and stir occasionally until the sauce thickens.
