- Bottled coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- MARVI Emulsifier1 tablespoon
- Orange juice1/4 cup
- Put the coconut milk to freeze in very small shapes or let it freeze well, but don't freeze if you don't have small shapes
- After the frozen coconut milk, put it in a battery along with the orange juice (it will neutralize delicious coconut milk)
- Add the above and the emulsifier and beat with the paddle spatula, otherwise the mixer paddle will break
- Let it beat for about 30 minutes, which is enough to mix all the ingredients well and give the whipped cream point.
- This recipe doesn't last many hours outside the glacier.
- This amount is enough to cover 2 cakes like the photo
