- White wine vinegar1/3 cup
- Dijon mustard1 tablespoon
- Cane molasses1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 cup
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- In a bowl, add the vinegar, mustard and molasses. Mix.
- Add the oil in a stream, always stirring, until emulsified.
- Add the onion and stir.
- Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. Important: always stir well before using the sauce.
