- Cooked yam cubes400 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- grated ginger10 g
- Crushed unsalted cashews50 g
- Shelled, unsalted and crushed peanuts40 g
- Coconut milk180 ml
- Palm oil40 ml
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender, except the palm oil, until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
- Transfer to a pan and boil for fifteen minutes.
- Finish with palm oil and stir until it turns yellow. Turn off the heat and serve at room temperature or warm.
