  • Sunflower Seeds200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Olive10 unit(s)
  1. Soak the sunflower seeds in water for 2 hours.
  2. Cut the obrinhas into slices, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Blend the seeds with the lemon juice, salt and pepper in the S-blade processor until obtaining a ricotta consistency.
  4. Cut the olives into small pieces
  5. Mix the olives in the ricotta
  6. Distribute the ricotta on the zucchini slices and roll
  7. Close with chopsticks
