- Sunflower Seeds200 g
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Olive10 unit(s)
- Soak the sunflower seeds in water for 2 hours.
- Cut the obrinhas into slices, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Blend the seeds with the lemon juice, salt and pepper in the S-blade processor until obtaining a ricotta consistency.
- Cut the olives into small pieces
- Mix the olives in the ricotta
- Distribute the ricotta on the zucchini slices and roll
- Close with chopsticks
