- Soak the Azuki beans for 8 hours before cooking.
- Pour the protein in water with a lemon for 1 hour, drain the water well, before use
- Then sauté garlic, saute it well Add the beans along with the soy meat and vegetable bacon
- Add salt to taste and bay leaf, use a seasoning for beans if you prefer, add half an orange broth
- After a few minutes with the Azuki beans being sautéed, pour boiling water up to two fingers above the beans and cover under pressure for 00:30 hours
- Serve with fresh rice
