- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Whole grain mustard1/2 tablespoon
- Cut the avocado into thick slices, place them on the plate and add the lemon juice to prevent them from turning black.
- In a closed container, add 1/2 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 3/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Close the container, shake well, place over the avocado.
- Shred the ricotta cheese and spread it over the avocado.
- Cut the herbs and the pepper piece into thin strips and place them on the plate.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, it's ready!
