Descasque as batatas, e com a faca mesmo, faça cortes verticais em toda a batata, sem deixar cortar o fundo dela.. para que as fatias não se separem.
Tempere esses cortes com:
Sal, sazon, pimenta do reino, pimenta calabresa, oregano, 1 fio de azeite..
Coloque dentes de alho encima das batatas.. (não precisa descascar os alhos).. leve na airfryer por uns 20 minutos. Caso precise de mais tempo.. acrescente mais uns minutinhos.. até que a batata fique bem assada.

Peel the potatoes, and with the same knife, make vertical cuts all over the potato, without cutting the bottom of it.. so that the slices do not separate.
Season these cuts with:
Salt, sazon, black pepper, pepperoni, oregano, 1 tsp of olive oil..
Place garlic cloves on top of the potatoes.. (no need to peel the garlic).. take it to the airfryer for about 20 minutes. If you need more time.. add a few more minutes.. until the potato is well roasted.
