- Cinnamon powder1/2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the oil.
- Add the bananas and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, leaving the yeast for last.
- In a central hole shape (19 cm in diameter) greased with oil and sprinkled with oat bran and cinnamon powder, pour the dough and bake in a medium oven at 180°c preheated for about 25 minutes.
