- Panko flour1 cup
- Beat the egg with a fork and season with salt and pepper. Place the panko flour in a small bowl and the flour in another.
- Cut half of the avocado into two halves and those halves into thick slices. Season each slice with salt and pepper.
- Dip each slice first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the panko flour.
- Light to fry in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 200°. You can also bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°, turning halfway through.
