- Water1/4 cup
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Tomato Paste1 tablespoon
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Panko Flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan1 cup
- Black pepper to taste
- Start by cutting the eggplant into sticks, sprinkle with salt and let it drain for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness.
- In the meantime, we are going to make the sauce that will cover the eggplant. Place the oil, water and seasonings that were described in a bowl. Wrap the eggplant in that sauce and then we'll pass the Panko with Parmesan and spicy paprika.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25 minutes!
