- Cherry Tomatoes200 g
- Basil to taste
- Garlic50 g
- Onion Rocha in strips / Julienne1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves, chopped2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- brown sugar20 g
- Buffalo cheese / burrata2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Nuts, chopped.100 g
- Arugula1 to taste
- Toast to taste
- Cut in half half gives portion of cherry tomatoes.
- Onion cut into strips
- Add all the other ingredients (tomatoes, onion, leeks, garlic, ) season with salt, black pepper, and sprinkle the brown sugar, drizzle in olive oil and basil leaves.
- In a roast, line with aluminum foil, and place the vegetable mixture, to bake at 200° for 20 min.
- Assembly, place the vegetables in a small refractory, opening a space in the center, place the burrata in that cavity, and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately with toast and arugula leaves.
