Pack of small pastry dough

Diced seedless tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut into 4

Cherry buffalo mozzarella cut into 4

Basil leaves

Olive oil

Salt and black pepper

Apple Cider Vinegar

Pré aqueça o forno a 220°C. 
Unte forminhas de cupcake ou empada com azeite.
Com a massinha em temperatura ambiente, ajuste as massas nas fôrmas pressionando o meio para formar cestinhas. Leve para assar de 10 a 15 min ou até que fiquem douradas.

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Grease cupcake or pie pans with olive oil.
With the dough at room temperature, adjust the doughs in the molds by pressing the middle to form baskets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.

Misture os ingredientes do recheio numa tigela. Encha as cestinhas com o recheio.

Mix the stuffing ingredients in a bowl. Fill the baskets with the stuffing.
