- Pack of small pastry dough250 g
- Diced seedless tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut into 41 cup
- Cherry buffalo mozzarella cut into 41 cup
- Basil leaves2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease cupcake or pie pans with olive oil. With the dough at room temperature, adjust the doughs in the molds by pressing the middle to form baskets. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
- Mix the stuffing ingredients in a bowl. Fill the baskets with the stuffing.
