- Arborio rice200 g
- cherry tomato300 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Salmon1 unit(s)
- White wine200 ml
- Butter50 g
- Start by making a vegetable broth. In a pan put the leek leaves, celery and carrot. Add 3 liters of water. Boil for 5 minutes. Reserve.
- In a pan add the chopped butter, onion and garlic. Saute and add the wine. Let it reduce by half and add the rice. Stir and add the vegetable broth little by little as it evaporates. Adjust salt and pepper. When the rice is al dente, add the halved tomatoes. Mix and add the cheese. Turn off and serve still creamy.
