- Water1/2 cup
- Divide the cauliflower into two parts. Steam both parts, let one part be “al dente”, and the other to be more cooked. Reserve the “al dente” portion in a bowl.
- Cut the most cooked part into small pieces and put it in the blender along with the ½ glass of water and the curd, beat until it becomes a homogeneous cream, if you think it's too thick, add more water and beat again.
- Arrange the cauliflower “al dente” in the bottom of a refractory container and drizzle the cauliflower cream on top and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for about 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven. Serve immediately.
