- Arborio rice120 g
- White Wine1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth500 ml
- Cherry Tomatoes10 unit(s)
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and sauté the onion until wilted. Add the tomatoes cut in half and saute for another 2 minutes.
- Add rice and fry until transparent.
- Add the wine and bring to a boil.
- Gradually add the vegetable broth and stir constantly. When it starts to dry, add a little more broth and keep stirring until all the vegetable broth is gone. Taste and correct the salt.
- The rice must be cooked. Add Parmesan cheese, basil leaves and mix well.
- Serve next.
