- Polvilho (sweet or sour)3 tablespoon
- Nutritional yeast (optional)5 g
- About the cashew nut: raw, it leaves less taste, but it can also be roasted /ah and you can buy the broken ones that are cheaper.
- Soak the nuts/seeds in hot water for 20 minutes and then discard the water.
- Blender: Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pan: put this mixture in a pan over medium heat, stir until it thickens, it's very fast.
- Now just put it in a pot and store it in the fridge (it will harden a little more when it's cold and when it warms up it gets softer) You can use it on pizza, tapioca, with bread, to make sauce, imagination is your guide here.
