- tapioca gum or sour starch1 tablespoon
- For the pasta, soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours. After you have done that, discard water and take it to cook in a pressure cooker with water covering the degrees, add salt to water.
- Let it cook until the pressure, turn off the fire and the chickpeas, it's ready
- In a food processor or blender, beat the chickpeas, half a small onion and two cloves of garlic, a teaspoon of chimichurri.
- Then put the dough in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Stuffing: In a pan, place half an onion, chopped with a tablespoon of butter, saute and add the spinach and salt, cream and a tablespoon of tapioca gum. Stir for a few minutes and then turn off the heat and let it cool.
- To finish, remove the dough from the oven and put the stuffing on top and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
