- Dark chocolate100 g
- Milk chocolate100 g
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Cognac50 ml
- Heavy cream200 g
- Chopped fruit to taste
- In a pan, place the chocolates and brandy over low heat.
- Don't stop stirring until it starts to melt.
- Add the Heavy cream and continue stirring until everything is incorporated.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix.
- Transfer the fondue to a pan with a stove.
- Serve with chopped fruit: grapes, strawberries, bananas, apples, peaches, etc.
