- Cooked rice2 cup
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow Pepper1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Pod3 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil or olive oil to taste
- Cut the carrot and green beans into small pieces. Bring to a boil with water and cook for 2 min. Drain and reserve.
- Chop the peppers.
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, or oil, sauté the carrots, green beans and peppers.
- Add the rice, season with salt. Stir for 1 minute. Put parsley and serve
