  • Strawberries4 unit(s)
  • Kiwi1 unit(s)
  • Blueberries2 tablespoon
  • Whey or powdered milk25 g
  • Chia seed1 coffee spoon
  • Oats1 tablespoon
  • Peanut butter or any other oilseed10 g
  1. Peel and cut the fruit.
  2. Place in a bowl and sprinkle the whey, chia and oatmeal.
  3. Cover with peanut butter or chestnuts.
  4. A complete meal with all food groups! Enjoy!
