- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Filling*1 cup
- Salt, pepper and spices to taste
- *I used white cheese chopped into cubes.
- Beat in the blender 1 can of corn without the water, eggs, milk, olive oil, salt and black pepper until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Transfer to a bowl and add another half can of corn (without the water) and the filling. You can add green smell too if you wish.
- Transfer to a roast lightly greased with olive oil or oil (you can use individual containers or a single roast) and bake at 230° for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm!
