  • Corn (can)1.5 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Filling*1 cup
  • Salt, pepper and spices to taste
  1. *I used white cheese chopped into cubes.
  2. Beat in the blender 1 can of corn without the water, eggs, milk, olive oil, salt and black pepper until it forms a homogeneous cream.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add another half can of corn (without the water) and the filling. You can add green smell too if you wish.
  4. Transfer to a roast lightly greased with olive oil or oil (you can use individual containers or a single roast) and bake at 230° for 40 minutes.
  5. Serve warm!
