- Chopped broccoli300 g
- Potatoes, peeled and diced150 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Homemade vegetable stock250 ml
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Butter ghee1 tablespoon
- Chopped Chives1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat the butter and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the broccoli, potato, vegetable broth and salt. Mix.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook until pressure opens, then lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove the pressure from the pan, beat everything in the blender and return to the pan.
- Add the cream and adjust the salt.
- Finish with the green onion and serve immediately.
