Cooked rice2 cup
Milk1 l
Corn2 can(s)
Mozzarella250 g
Onion cream60 g
Cooked carrots, chopped into cubes1 unit(s)
Chives to taste
Salt to taste

In a blender, beat the milk, 1 can of green corn, the onion cream and the mozzarella, salt (if necessary). Beat until a very homogeneous cream.
In a refractory, which can go in the oven, place the cooked rice, the other can of corn, the carrot, the chives and mix.
Pour the cream over the rice and mix well.
Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes.
Serve immediately.
