- Cooked rice2 cup
- Milk1 l
- Corn2 can(s)
- Mozzarella250 g
- Onion cream60 g
- Cooked carrots, chopped into cubes1 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a blender, beat the milk, 1 can of green corn, the onion cream and the mozzarella, salt (if necessary). Beat until a very homogeneous cream.
- In a refractory, which can go in the oven, place the cooked rice, the other can of corn, the carrot, the chives and mix.
- Pour the cream over the rice and mix well.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 50 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
