- Coconut milk400 ml
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and Garlic to taste
- Peeled plantains5 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Parsley Sauce1 unit(s)
- Pepper 🌶 of the kingdom to taste
- Cut the peppers, tomato and onion into slices
- Squeeze the lemon 🍋 in a bowl
- Cut the bananas into thick slices
- Pour the lemon juice over the bananas.
- Sauté the oil, garlic, salt and onion in a pan. Wait for the onion to clarify (become transparent).
- Add the peppers, tomato and coconut milk 🥥 and let it cook a little bit. Cook over medium heat
- Add the bananas with the lemon juice.
- When they are cooked, add the palm oil, parsley leaves and black pepper. Leave it for about 5 minutes and it's done!
