- Wheat flour4 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika 1 1/2 tbsp1 to taste
- Turmeric1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt, coriander, olive oil to taste
- Cook the cauliflower slices in the salted water for about 5 minutes after boiling, until al dente. Mix the flour, water, garlic, paprika, turmeric, lemon and salt in a glass until it forms a thick paste. Place the slices in a bowl and mix the paste until evenly distributed and let it season for about 30 minutes. Then add enough oil to fill the bottom of the skillet and fry the slices turning when the other side is well browned.
