- 2 bell peppers, one green and one red, large chopped into cubes2 unit(s)
- 2 medium onions, diced2 unit(s)

- 1 package of biju cassava flour1 unit(s)
- 1 cup of oil (American cup measure)200 ml
- salt to taste1 to taste
- In a single container you will chop everything in the following order, first the tomato, then the pepper, then the onion and the parsley, one on top of the other. Then sprinkle salt to taste just on top, and pour the glass of oil slowly throwing it over so that the oil is thrown all over.... Reserve for 2 hours covered in the fridge. After these two hours, remove it from the fridge and stir everything very well, then put the packet of flour and mix well. And it's ready. It can be served as a barbecue accompaniment.
