- unsweetened Greek yogurt500 g
- Strawberry400 g
- Xylitol50 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Sugar-free granola300 g
- First, make the strawberry jam:
- Clean the strawberries well and remove the leaves.
- Place all the strawberries, xylitol and lemon in a small pot.
- Let it cook on low heat, break up the strawberry with the help of a spoon.
- Remove from heat when it is at the point of jelly, cool
- Gather the prettiest jars (verrines) you have to assemble
- Make a layer with the Greek yogurt putting approximately 4 tablespoons per pot
- A layer with 2 tablespoons of jam
- Finish with the granola, raisins, blueberries, strawberries. Whatever you have :)
- The intention of the recipe is for you to consume something protein, light, satisfying and free of refined sugar.
- Cool and serve in snacks or brunch's :)
