- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon

- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- medium chopped red pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato Passata400 g
- Cumin1/2 teaspoon
- Dehydrated Oregano1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper flakes1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Red eggs3 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Saute onion in oil until translucent.
- Add the garlic and pepper and let it fry a little until the pepper starts to lose color.
- Add the passata and seasonings and mix well. Let the sauce reduce for about two minutes.
- Dimple the sauce, carefully place the eggs and cover the pan. Let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Finish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your food!
