- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Ajinomoto Seasoning1 to taste
- Wash and cut the vegetables in medium size
- Place in the mold and season with olive oil, ajinomoto, salt, oregano
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and remove the foil and let it bake for a while longer.
