- Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
- First step, put a paper towel on a plate, place the bacon slices and cover again with paper towels. Take to microwave for 3 min.
- In a non-stick pan, put the butter, wait for it to melt, unite the mold. (Low heat always)
- Crack the eggs without damaging the yolk, and place them in the pan. (Low heat always)
- Stir only the egg whites, breaking and mixing them. Over low heat, mix until the whites turn white while the yolks are intact. Put salt to taste.
- After the yolks turn white, remove the pan from the heat and stir the yolks.
- Place on a plate, drizzle with grated Parmesan cheese and place the crispy bacon slices on top. Voila!
