- Tomato sauce500 g
- Sliced Mozzarella300 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan150 g
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Cut the eggplant into medium slices lengthwise.
- Crush the garlic with a little salt and season the eggplant slices, add the oil and mix well.
- Heat a plate and brown the eggplant slices.
- Put sauce on the bottom of the platter and assemble the lasagna with eggplant slices, cheese, sauce until you finish with cheese and sauce.
- Take to medium oven until the cheese melts and serve warm.
