  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Tomato sauce in pieces500 g
  • Eggs12 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Green Smell1 to taste
  1. Sauté the chopped onion (half moon) in olive oil in a large skillet (35cm) and add the sliced garlic and green smell. Stir very little during the process until golden.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and stir well until the sauce boils over low heat.
  3. Add the eggs by making small holes in the sauce. Dont touch.
  4. Add black pepper and oregano to taste. Finish cooking and can serve directly in the skillet. Serve with slices of bread or toast
