- Wheat Flour900 g
- Whole wheat flour100 g
- Olive oil170 ml
- Oil170 ml
- Warm water250 ml
- Salt20 g
- White wine vinegar1 tablespoon
- Butter100 g
- Broccoli300 g
- Ora pro nobis100 g
- Onion300 g
- Ricotta300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- PASTA: 1- Mix warm water, olive oil, oil, salt, vinegar and stir well 2- Mix the two flours 3- Add the liquids to the flours 4- Let it rest in the fridge
- FILLING: 1- Melt the butter in the pan 2- Add chopped onion and salt 3- Add chopped broccoli and ora pro nobis 4- Let it cook 5- Add the parmesan and ricotta
- FINALIZATION: 1- Stuff the empanadas and close like a pastry 2- Brush the yolk on top 3- Bake until golden in a hot oven at 180°C
