- Fried garlic1 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Peel and chop the chayote into small sizes;
- Then, put the butter and the fried garlic in the pan (be careful not to burn the garlic);
- Add the chayote, salt, oregano and water;
- Cook over medium/high heat for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender.
- After it is sautéed and cooked, sprinkle cilantro on top.
- It is sooooooooo amazing.
