- Rice flour3 cup
- Warm water1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Potato Starch1 cup
- In a bowl, dissolve the sugar and yeast in warm water.
- Add the flour, starch and salt.
- Mix well until it becomes a smooth dough.
- Let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Knead the dough and make a cut with a very sharp knife.
- Place the bread in a greased iron pan and bake at 220° until it takes on a golden color.
- Then just serve.
