Gorgonzola Risotto with Pear

- Gorgonzola200 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Grana Padano cheese to taste
- Vegetable broth1 l
- In a pan, cut the onion into small pieces and brown in the oil.
- When golden, add the rice and stir frying for 2 minutes.
- Add half a glass of white wine and stir until the wine evaporates.
- Gradually add the vegetable broth shells and stir. As it dries, add another ladle. Do it for approximately 20 min. Put salt and pepper to taste
- Just before al dente, add the pears cut into small pieces and continue stirring for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the gorgonzola cheese in cubes and continue stirring until the cheese melts. When the rice is al dente, turn off the heat and stir in the grated cheese.
- Finish with Sicilian lemon zest and good appetite!
