- Arborio rice1 cup
- liter of vegetable broth1 l
- Garlic and Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt and Dried Herb Seasoning1 tablespoon
- Dry white wine1/2 cup
- Gorgonzola1 cup
- Chopped walnuts1/3 cup
- Parmesan1/2 cup
- Butter50 g
- Heat a pan and brown the garlic and onion, taking care not to burn.
- Add the rice and let it sauté well and put the salt and dry seasoning of your preference.
- Add the white wine and stir some more.
- When the alcohol evaporates, add the vegetable broth a ladle at a time each time it dries up.
- Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, until it's soft, then add the gorgonzola and walnuts.
- Finally, add the Parmesan cheese and butter.
