- Pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Curry to taste
- Milk120 ml
- Box of light cream1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella150 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cut the zucchini into squares and place on a platter that can go in the oven. Season with olive oil, salt, chimichurri pepper, sweet paprika and curry.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cream and season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Add 2/3 of the chopped mozzarella and mix well. Pour over the zucchini.
- Cover with the rest of the mozzarella and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
