Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chimichurri to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Curry to taste
Milk120 ml
Box of light cream1 unit(s)
Mozzarella150 g
Nutmeg to taste
Eggs2 unit(s)

Cut the zucchini into squares and place on a platter that can go in the oven. Season with olive oil, salt, chimichurri pepper, sweet paprika and curry.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, cream and season with salt and freshly grated nutmeg. Add 2/3 of the chopped mozzarella and mix well. Pour over the zucchini.
Cover with the rest of the mozzarella and bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden.
