- Diced Carrots1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh or frozen peas100 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
- Place the rice, carrots, salt and oil in a microwave-safe refractory. Add two cups of water and mix well. Take it to the microwave and use the Rice option, 2 xic.
- Then remove from the microwave, cover the refractory and wait 5 minutes to complete the cooking. Serve with fish or poultry.
