- Multigrain rice1 cup
- Beans1/2 cup
- Broccoli1/2 cup
- Raw Kale1 cup
- Garlic, cloves4 unit(s)
- White onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Eggs (optional)4 unit(s)
- Cook rice in 3 cups of water.
- After 15 minutes, add the garlic, onion, broccoli and cabbage and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- After thirty minutes add the already cooked beans and eggs. Cook until the rice is aldente.
- Served with iceberg lettuce and peanuts. Super crispy. Choose your side dish or an extra protein and enjoy
