- Soy beans500 g
- Vinegar300 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Soak the soybean overnight
- The next day, process the soybeans in a blender with water.
- With a cloth, remove all the bagasse
- Put the soy milk in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Turn off and put the vinegar until it starts to curdle and salt to taste
- With a sieve, remove the cut tofu and place it in a container to make it look like cheese, if possible put a weight on top to remove the liquid.
- Let it cool and you can store it in the fridge in water with a little salt to conserve.
