  • Oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Potato500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and grate
  2. Divide them into portions and mash them (as if you were going to puree them) enough to remove excess water. TIP: Leave the potatoes well bagged before putting them in the skillet
  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan until it is sizzling.
  4. Put the grated potatoes (don't make them too thick)
  5. Add salt and pepper (to taste)
  6. Leave until golden and turn when necessary.
  7. Serve :)
