- Oil or olive oil3 tablespoon
- Potato500 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Peel the potatoes and grate
- Divide them into portions and mash them (as if you were going to puree them) enough to remove excess water. TIP: Leave the potatoes well bagged before putting them in the skillet
- Heat the oil in the frying pan until it is sizzling.
- Put the grated potatoes (don't make them too thick)
- Add salt and pepper (to taste)
- Leave until golden and turn when necessary.
- Serve :)
