- brown rice4 tablespoon
- Cook two eggs, peel and cut in half, peel the carrot and cut into sticks and cook in salted water. Cook a sweet potato in the skin and cut into slices
- wash the arugula leaves. When cooking the beans, take the opportunity to cook beets together, cut into small pieces
